You're not superwoman after-all
You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to recalibrate. You can build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

August reminded me that I’m human.
The Enterprise & Heels Conference was a smashing success. It filled me up and drained me simultaneously. I’m still processing how we pulled it off - the speakers, the sessions, the energy in the room. It was everything I hoped it would be and more.
But at the same time, I was navigating a big move with my family, juggling personal decisions, and trying to stay on top of everything else my life and business demand of me. Truthfully, I was constantly five minutes away from a crashout.
Here’s what August taught me:
1. You can’t pour from an empty cup
Success feels different when it costs your peace. I loved what we achieved, but I also learned that I need to prioritize rest before my body forces me to.
2. Asking for help doesn’t make you less capable
I tend to want to handle it all. But the moments I let people step in - with in planning the conference, managing my home, or supporting my kids - everything moved smoother.
Work with me
3. Big seasons require softer rhythms
You can’t build, launch, move, and thrive in hustle mode forever. At some point, you have to slow down to protect the very person driving all these dreams: you.
I’m sharing this because maybe you’ve been trying to do it all too - the business, the family, the personal growth, the projects.
And maybe you need the reminder I gave myself:
You’re not Superwoman.
You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to recalibrate.
I’m leaning into September a little slower, a little softer, and a lot more intentional.
Because burnout is not a badge of honor and I want to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
